includes this website. While the website of Kajima
Corporation may contain links to other websites,

Provided, however, if the Company-wide Policy apparently

Personal Information Acquired |

Entrants who have been identified may be contacted
if necessary. For this reason, we are asking entrants
applying to the competition to enter their name,
address, phone number, e-mail address and other
information in the Application Form. In addition,
we are requiring entrants to enter their occupation,
highest level of school completed (school name),
study abroad experience and other information for
reference during screening. |

| 3. Use of Personal
Information |
|
The personal information acquired as stated above
(2) will be used to identify, screen and contact
entrants to the competition. |

| 4. Subcontracting |
|
Some of the operations of this competition may
be outsourced to a third party other than Kajima
Corporation. In this event, the aforementioned
third party will be required to maintain strict
control of personal information pursuant to the
policies as stipulated in the contractual obligation. |

| 5. Control of
Personal Information |
|
In order to prevent the loss, falsification and
leakage of information, we will pay maximum attention
to security measures and maintain control over
personal information under a safe environment in
which access to personal information will be denied
to not only general users but to any non-designated
employee of Kajima Corporation. |

| 6. Prohibition
Against Disclosure and Provision to Third Party |
|
The personal information acquired will not be
disclosed or provided to a third party excluding
circumstances in which entrants themselves have
given their consent or when required under the
law. However, the names, prizes, etc. of entrants
who have passed the screenings may be released
on this website or in magazines and other mediums
for the purpose of disclosing the competition results
to the public. |

Correction, Modification and Deletion of Personal
Information |

If disclosure, correction, modification or deletion
of personal information is requested by the entrant,
we will disclose, correct, modify or delete the
registered information within reasonable limits
upon verifying that this is the will of the entrant
him/herself. Entrants who wish to disclose, correct,
modify or delete their personal information should
contact us (please refer to 10 for our contact
information). However, please be aware that personal
information relevant to screening results may not
be disclosed. |

Regarding Acquisition of Personal Information |

We are striving to protect the personal information
contained in the Application Form that is sent
to us via this website by encrypting the information.
Due to the nature of the Internet, however, complete
security cannot be 100% guaranteed during transmission.
Therefore, we ask that entrants apply on their
own responsibility. |

The content of the policies may be revised in
accordance with the formulation of and amendments
to relevant laws or Company-wide Policy, etc. |
