| The preliminary screening was held on Friday, September 9, where eight works were selected from among the total of 249 maquette entries. As a result, eight entrants, including six from Japan, one from Korea and one from Vietnam, were chosen to proceed to the secondary screening.
As was done in the previous competition, entries were invited over the internet and there were fifteen entries from overseas (from the U.S., Korea, Bolivia, Egypt and other countries).
The eight selected entrants are asked to produce actual works for the secondary screening, which is scheduled to be held at the end of February, 2012 |
