This renewal project involved the CEOs residence of a Thai subsidiary of one of Japan’s leading global companies. The property is situated in a mixed low- and medium-rise residential area, with a medium-rise condominium adjoining on the northern side. The project’s theme was to create another world to provide hospitality for VIPs, away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. The layout opens onto a southwest garden, while closing off the northern side. The project’s two buildings—the CEO residence and a VIP guest house—both face onto the garden in an open-ended V configuration, with all rooms enjoying views of a featured tree that is over 30 years old. Surrounded by the scent of tropical flora and the rustling of raintree leaves, the residence aims to provide guests with the finest hospitality and superior relaxation for the host.
