Based on the concept of urban open labs, a fusion of diverse people and knowledge and global innovation hub, this project aims to create a new form of research that promotes research and development while understanding the movement of the market. The research floors have atrium innovation space continuously around the central laboratory. The location of the atriums changes at north and east alternately on each floor, and the atriums are connected vertically with open stairs, creating a whirlpool-like movement both functionally and physically. The top floor is an open employee cafeteria where one can enjoy spectacular scenery, and the first and second floors are places where the clients and the researchers interact with each other through contents based on the theme of beauty. The exterior is surrounded by glass which expresses the framework and internal activities of the space, as well as the clients’ approach to search for beauty on a global scale, resulting in an elegant solid form.
