Registration for Application
Complete Application Form and be sure to submit it in time to reach us not later than July 11 (Fri.), 2025.
Preliminary Screening (No.1)
Complete the Information Form and be sure to submit it in time to reach us not later than August 15 (Fri.), 2025, together with a photograph of the maquette (in JPEG format, up to 2MB).
Preliminary Screening (No.2)
Deliver the maquette to the Kajima KI Building from August 22 (Fri.) to 24 (Sun.), 2025. At that time, attach the Work Slip (PDF: 60KB). The maquette from overseas countries must be arrived at the Kajima KI Building until August 21 (Thu.), 2025, Japan Standard Time.
Preliminary Screening (No.3)
44 or less maquettes will be selected in the preliminary screening. And successful entrants (not exceeding 8 in total) asked to produce actual works for the secondary screening will be notified not later than September 12 (Fri.), 2025.
Secondary Screening (No.1)
Deliver the actual work to the Kajima KI Building from February 21 (Sat.) to 22 (Sun.), 2026.
Secondary Screening (No.2)
Prizewinning works will be selected and notification will be made to successful applicants not later than March 13 (Fri.), 2026.
