Achieving a concrete life cycle with zero waste and reduced CO2 emissions

01

1

Usually at a construction site, a small amount of concrete goes unused and is either discarded or returned to the ready-mix concrete plant it came from. The former option is damaging to the environment, while the latter option is costly for the plant operator. This is why we have developed a system that produces zero concrete waste at a construction site through methods that include recycling the aggregates contained in the concrete. In an effort to further reduce our carbon footprint, we have designed our recycling processes so that CO2 is captured by and stored inside the cement portion of the new concrete.
