On March 13, 2022, the finals of Career Koshien 2021, a business contest for high school students in which Kajima participated as a theme sponsor, took place in Harevutai of the Hareza Ikebukuro building located in Toshima, Tokyo.

Six teams, representative of theme sponsors that passed document screenings and video auditions and won the semi-finals, looked to win the finals that were live-streamed online with over 60,000 views.

The team "kumonecta" (Seifunankai Senior High School, Osaka Prefecture) representative of Kajima proposed an idea to solve issues regarding neglected forests in coordination with Greenification Landscaping Division of Katabami Kogyo Co., Ltd., a member of the Kajima Group. Regrettably, the team lost in the finals, but received the Viewers' Award with book tokens as the main prize and an assortment of Calorie Mate nutritional energy bars as an extra prize.
