The "This is MECENAT" program was established by ACSA in 2014 to highlight the social significance of diverse corporate Mécénat activities taking place across Japan. In fiscal 2025, 198 activities were recognized under this system.

The KAJIMA SCULPTURE COMPETITION began in 1989 to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Kajima's founding. Under the theme "Sculpture, Architecture, and Space," it aims to create a new realm where sculptural art and architectural space converge, and is held biennially.

In the 19th edition of this competition, the preliminary screening (based on an evaluation of maquettes) will be held in September, with eight works advancing. From these, four prize winners, including the Gold Award, will be selected. Additionally, 36 selected maquettes will be exhibited publicly in the atrium of the Kajima KI Building (Minato-ku, Tokyo) from March 28 to April 17, 2026, and at Astohall (Izumiotsu City, Osaka) from April 30 to May 14, 2026.

Going forward, Kajima will continue its commitment to the promotion of academia, culture, and art through a wide range of activities.
