This urban commercial complex is part of a land readjustment project on the north side of Nagakute Kosenjo Station on the Linimo magnetic levitation train line. It is located east of Nagoya, in Nagakute City, an area that has seen rapid population growth. It comprises a station-front building directly connected to the station, and a mall connected to the station-front building via a passageway. The creation of direct flow lines between the station, bus terminal, future public facilities, and shops is expected to provide overall stimulus to the area. The buildings include one of the largest wall and rooftop greenery layouts in Japan, while the development provided trees for planting along public sidewalks. This enabled the realization of a green space seamlessly covering both publicly and privately owned areas. The interior design concept is “Everyone’s trees adorning a wooded town.”
