A serviced apartment targeting guests from overseas. The residence designed from a global perspective provides a “home away from home, a relaxed environment, free of inconvenience” for guests from various countries coming to an unfamiliar environment. For use as a temporary residence or office for medium to long-term stays, the room is designed taking the length of stay into account, with a substantial bathroom, kitchen, and other supplementary features installed. The picture windows framed with square fins trim dynamic views of the streets in Aoyama / Shibuya as well as Mount Fuji. They are also designed in balance with the interior and exterior. A built-in couch by the window creates a place of relaxation in the limited space. The exterior, inspired by traditional kura warehouses, is added depth with the window frames that cast a simple and orderly shadow on its white surface, changing the nuance as time passes.
