This multi-purpose commercial facility was planned and built to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Nagasaki Motor Bus Co., Ltd., the facility's operator. On level one is a bus terminal, while levels two to six comprise a shopping mall, restaurants, amusement facilities, sports facilities and a cinema complex. The facility also boasts a roof garden. As a local landmark, the facility feature's Nagasaki Prefecture's first Ferris wheel. The unique culture and history of Nagasaki is reflected in such attractions as the Nagasaki Burabura Kaido, a selection of Japanese-, Chinese- and Dutch-themed restaurants, and facilities that take their design inspiration from the famed Nagasaki Kunchi festival. The entire facility provides superior accessibility thanks to a multi-level, 900-space car park, which connects directly with each of the commercial-facility levels.
