Unauthorized and illegal recruitment in India (4)

KAJIMA CORPORATION

We have been calling attention to the illegal recruitment of Indian workers by using the name of Kajima Corporation / Kajima Overseas, Singapore by the NOTICE "Unauthorized and illegal recruitment in India" since June 12, 2015, "Unauthorized and illegal recruitment in India(2)" since March 31, 2017, and "Unauthorized and illegal recruitment in India(3)" since June 11, 2019, on our English website.

A new fraudulent case has been recently reported in India. Certain ill-intended individuals/entities in India are carrying out unauthorized and illegal recruitment of Indian workers by posting a fake offer of job at Kajima’s overseas subsidiary outside of India on SNS. The fraudster sent fake offer letters to the innocent applicants and induced them to transfer cash for overseas travel insurance fees or visa fees.

Please be reminded that we, Kajima Corporation and its overseas subsidiaries outside of India, have no plans whatsoever to recruit workers/employees from India and have not authorized or appointed any third-party agent to do so. If you encounter any suspicious mail, advertisements or persons in India who offer jobs at Kajima Corporation or its overseas subsidiaries outside of India, please contact your local police immediately.
We will not accept any liability for any losses or damages that may be suffered or incurred directly or indirectly through correspondence with fraudulent individuals or recruitment agencies and such communication should not be treated as an offer from or a representation of us.
