The ANA Group’s new training center is one of the largest and most advanced in the world. In this facility replicating the airport, the education and studying functions of all divisions responsible for aircraft operation scattered across Haneda Airport were integrated, enabling comprehensive training based on series of flows from departure to arrival while cooperating between different divisions. The three-dimensional atrium concourse at the center penetrates the four floors with a length of 250m connecting each training room using transparent glass to form a center of safety, improvement of operational quality, innovation promotion, work style reform and human resources of the company. At the same time, the atrium also symbolizes an environmentally friendly facility that has natural ventilation, natural daylighting and air conditioning system for large-space habitation area.
