This is part of a large-scale two-building redevelopment project located on the north side of JR Nakano Station in Tokyo comprising office and residential towers. The office tower design targets an advanced level of sustainability by integrating leading-edge technologies with large-format office spaces. The leased office area totaling approximately 100,000m2 ranks among Tokyo's largest office buildings. The main concept of the project was "a park-side urban space to enhance the brilliance of people." It aspires to realize a new urban design by fusing a large-scale building with an expansive urban park space. The approximately three-hectare open space surrounding the tower features an organic layout utilizing existing trees on the site. The building's volume is set back from the park in stages, with the facade's long horizontal lines providing fantasy-like reflections of the sky and environs.
