When requesting a quote from a partner company, Kajima acts on the basis of the Statement for Respecting Fair Labor Cost Estimation from the Japan Federation of Construction Contractors. We ask the partner company to clearly state appropriate labor costs (labor wages) and statutory fringe benefit costs in the quote, and we then specify a contract amount upon agreement based on the quote submitted by the partner company. In this way, we strive to ensure that appropriate labor costs (labor wages) are paid, including statutory fringe benefit costs.
