KE was established in the Netherlands in 1987. Currently headquartered in London in the United Kingdom, KE operates construction and development projects in nine European countries. The construction division is based in Poland and the Czech Republic and promotes design & build and project management services for production and logistics as well as retail and office facilities. Based in the UK, the development division is engaged in PFI, urban regeneration, office investment, logistic facilities, student housing developments and renewable energy businesses in nine countries across Europe. As the external environment continues to change, the construction and development divisions will continue to take on new challenges in collaboration with each other.
